The training focus is maintaining fitness during the summer for High School and Junior High athletes as well as an introduction to running for the novice (runners will be grouped by ability).

* Practice breakthrough form and technique drills
Cross country camp is designed to take an athlete from where they are to a ready state for the up coming cross-country season. It is also designed to teach athletes about the different methods of training.
Real training and real fun. Acceleration and running fast are core skills in many sports. Our athletes go back to football, soccer, basketball and baseball teams with more confidence, capability, and speed. Speed Camp athletes use techniques designed by Dan Green over decades that are tuned for the age and ability of each camper.

Spring Break Camp is for athletes wishing to stay in shape for their track season. Why lose the conditioning that you have worked so hard to develop thus far into the season. TGR will help you maintain your fitness over the break so that you return to school ready to compete. TGR will offer sprint training, endurance training, as well as the long jump. We hope that we can be of help to the many aspiring Champions in the area.
